{"id":275,"date":"2023-10-04T09:57:54","date_gmt":"2023-10-04T07:57:54","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/experience.cascinalozoccolaio.it\/privacy-policy-2\/"},"modified":"2023-10-04T10:41:02","modified_gmt":"2023-10-04T08:41:02","slug":"privacy-policy-2","status":"publish","type":"page","link":"https:\/\/experience.cascinalozoccolaio.it\/en\/privacy-policy-2\/","title":{"rendered":"Privacy Policy"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><span lang=\"en-GB\"><strong>Re: Statement pursuant to art. 13 Legislative Decree 196\/03 \u201cCode regarding the protection of personal data\u201d<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span lang=\"en-GB\"><strong>Preamble<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span lang=\"en-GB\">Following the regulation dictated by the Legislative Decree 196\/03 \u201cCode regarding the protection of personal data\u201d (hereinafter referred to as the \u201cCode\u201d), Fratelli Martini Secondo Luigi S.p.A., as Data Controller, is required to provide some information regarding the use of your Company\u2019s personal data.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span lang=\"en-GB\"><strong>Source of the personal data<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span lang=\"en-GB\">The data in our possession, collected directly from the data subject, will be processed in compliance with current legislation, and with due confidentiality.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span lang=\"en-GB\"><strong>Purpose of the processing<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span lang=\"en-GB\">The collection, or rather the processing of personal data has the sole purpose of properly fulfilling the requirements related to the performance of our company\u2019s economic activity, and specifically to:<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><span lang=\"en-GB\">fulfil contractual requirements;<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span lang=\"en-GB\">lfil specific requests by the interested party before stipulating the agreement;<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span lang=\"en-GB\">xecute and fulfil requirements pursuant to laws, regulations and EU legislation; <\/span><\/li>\n<li><span lang=\"en-GB\">ulfil tax or accounting requirements;<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span lang=\"en-GB\">equirements regarding management, operations and reliability\/solvency checks;<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span lang=\"en-GB\">itigation management;<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span lang=\"en-GB\">ales and marketing purposes, by sending promotional and advertising material for products or services similar to those subject to the sale.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span lang=\"en-GB\"><strong>Processing methods<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p>In relation to the purposes indicated, personal data is processed using manual, electronic and web tools with a logic closely correlated to the purposes themselves, and nonetheless in such a way as to guarantee the security and confidentiality of same data in compliance with the Code.<\/p>\n<p><span lang=\"en-GB\"><strong>Nature of collection<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p>The collection of some personal data is also compulsory for legal and fiscal requirements, and refusal to provide such data shall make it impossible to enter into relations with our company.<\/p>\n<p><span lang=\"en-GB\"><strong>Communication and disclosure<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span lang=\"en-GB\">The personal data and processing of the same shall be communicated to external companies and\/or consultants for the performance of economic activities (commercial, management, collection of economic and financial information, management of information systems, insurance, banking and other mediation, factoring, shipment, sealing and sending correspondence, credit management and protection) or for legal requirements (Accounting and Tax Advisory firms, notaries, attorneys, Revenue Office). The data shall not be disclosed.<\/span><\/p>\n<p>The following categories of subjects in charge of processing may become aware of your data : Administration; Foreign Trade; Italian Trade; Marketing &amp; communication; Production Planning Office; Microbiology and Quality Control Laboratory; Safety\/Quality\/Compliance; Purchasing Office.<\/p>\n<p><span lang=\"en-GB\"><strong>Data subjects\u2019 rights<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span lang=\"en-GB\">You may contact the Privacy Service at the Data Controller to verify your data and have them integrated, updated or corrected and\/or to exercise the other rights pursuant to art. 7 of the Code (see attachment).You may also, at any time, object to the processing of your data for the purpose of sending promotional and advertising material.<\/span><\/p>\n<p>(Updated 15 March 2010)<\/p>\n<p><span lang=\"en-GB\"><strong>Data Controller<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p>We hereby inform you that the data controller is Fratelli Martini Secondo Luigi S.p.A. based in via Santa Radegonda 11, 20121 Milan, Italy.<\/p>\n<p><span lang=\"en-GB\"><strong>Art. 7 legislative decree 196\/03 (Rights to access personal data and other rights)<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p>1.The data subject shall have the right to obtain confirmation as to whether or not personal data concerning him\/her exist, regardless of their being already recorded, and their communication in intelligible form.<\/p>\n<p>2. The data subject shall have the right to be informed:<\/p>\n<p>a) of the source of the personal data;<\/p>\n<p>b) of the purpose and methods of processing;<\/p>\n<p>c) of the logic applied to the processing, if the latter is carried out with the help of electronic means;<\/p>\n<p>d) of the identification data concerning the data controller, the data processor and the representative designated as per article 5, paragraph 2;<\/p>\n<p>e) of the entities or categories of entity to which the personal data may be communicated and which may have access to the said data in their capacity as designated representative(s) in the territory of the State, as data processor(s) or as person(s) in charge of the processing<\/p>\n<p>3.
